We offer a comprehensive range of over 80 different training subjects, covering essential topics such as Basic Life Support, Moving and Handling, Safeguarding, Healthcare Skills, Health and Safety, Mental Health, a full suite of First Aid training, other specialist subjects and even more!. Our training is designed to meet the diverse needs of healthcare professionals across various settings.

Are your trainers qualified?

Yes, all of our trainers are fully qualified and insured. They all have extensive experience in their respective fields. They hold relevant certifications and adhere to industry standards, ensuring that the training provided is both accurate and up-to-date.

Are your trainers also assessors?

Our trainers have a range or qualifications, from trainers to assessors and IQAs, ask us for further information if you would like to know any more.

Where does the training take place?

We conduct our training sessions either in-house at your venue, providing a convenient and tailored learning experience for your staff. This allows us to customise the training to your specific environment and operational needs. Or if you do not have a suitable location, we can organise a venue that’s meets your requirements.

How do you ensure the quality of your training?

Our company is regularly moderated by an external body, and our training undergoes frequent internal quality assurance (IQA) assessments. This rigorous process ensures that our training consistently meets or exceeds industry standards.

What paperwork is provided for a training session?

We provide all necessary paperwork for each training session, including any relevant books or handouts, attendance records, assessment results, and certificates of completion where applicable. This documentation helps ensure that your team remains compliant with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Do you offer group and individual training?

We offer both. Most of our training is group training for individual organisations in groups of up to 12 at a time but on occasion we do offer public training which can be booked by individuals. Feel free to enquire with us further if you are interested in either option.

I’m a bit anxious about coming on a training session, how can you reassure me?

Leave that to us! We understand that all types of people come onto our training courses, some are super confident and raring to go, others are just the opposite. We understand that for many different reasons, getting yourself to a training course is a big challenge for some people. It’s completely normal to feel a bit anxious before attending a training session, but rest assured, our training environment is supportive, welcoming, and designed to make you feel comfortable. Our trainers are not only highly qualified but also very approachable, understanding and empathetic. We have all got pretty good at picking up on those in the training room that may need that little bit of extra space, reassurance or support from us and if you don’t feel comfortable to state that this is you, you may find us checking in with you anyway. We try to ensure that where appropriate, the sessions we facilitate are interactive and engaging, allowing you to learn at your own pace, to feel safe and to be comfortable just as you are. We also encourage questions and discussions, so you’ll never feel lost or pressured. Our goal is to create a positive learning experience that helps you build confidence and skills in a relaxed setting that recognises your individual needs.
